Preferred Payment is by cash. Credit & Debit Cards are accepted over the value of £10 and will also incur an additional charge of £1.50 per transaction.
24 hours notice is required prior to cancellation, failure to do so will incur a 50% charge of the treatment value.
Late arrival will result in your treatment time being adjusted accordingly.
We maintain a non-smoking policy so please refrain from smoking whilst you are in the salon.
Please be aware that the majority of the treatments provided are designed to relax and de-stress my clients in a peaceful environment so we would kindly ask you to leave your little ones at home and switch off/silence your mobile phones.
All full body treatments are strictly for ladies only.
New male clients accepted through personal recommendation only from exisiting clients.
Lastly the best advertisement for Harmony is personal recommendation so if you are pleased with our services, then please tell your friends.
There are some health conditions that contra-indicate a massage treatment and I may need a consent form from your G.P. before the treatment can commence. To avoid any disappointment or to discuss any personal circumstances confidentially please call me first and I will be happy to advise you.
